摘要
从金融对农村经济发展的支持效果出发,选取金融支持农村经济发展变量,在帕加诺的内生增长模型基础上建立金融内生增长模型,并以山东省2000—2020年相关数据为样本进行实证分析。通过实证分析,得出金融规模可以有效促进山东省农村经济的发展,并且两者互为因果关系。因此,可以通过继续扩大涉农金融业务来扩大涉农金融规模,更好地提高金融规模对山东省农村经济发展的支持效率;从实证分析也可以得出涉农储蓄对山东省农村经济发展的支持效率不高,因此,可以通过提高涉农储蓄的反哺能力、提高涉农储蓄资金在农村经济发展中的使用效率予以解决。
Starting with the support effect, this paper selects the variables of financial support for rural economic development, establishes the financial endogenous growth model based on Pagano’s endogenous growth model, and empirically analyzes the relevant data of Shandong Province from the year 2000 to 2020. The results show that financial scale can effectively promote the development of rural economy in Shandong, and there is a causal relationship between them. Therefore, expanding financial scale by continuing to expand agricultural business can better promote the efficiency of support for economic development. Results also show that the support efficiency of agriculture related bank savings to rural economic development in Shandong is not high. Therefore, it is needed to improve the feedback ability of savings and the use efficiency of agriculture related funds in economic development.
