摘要
海上平台消防水设计的合理性对工程投资和平台运行管理都会产生较大影响,必须确保消防管网性能和消防泵性能能够同时满足各种用户在不同工况下的工作需求。正确合理的水力分析对确保消防水系统符合设计要求、最佳的经济性和适用性具有重要作用。通过PIPENET软件,针对埕海某采修一体化平台消防水系统开展稳态水力计算,结果表明,消防水环路、各消防管道和喷淋系统的设计已经满足设计流量和压力的需求,并对最小流量保护阀、孔板等保护措施的选型也起到准确判断和优化验证作用,为后续设计奠定基础。
The rationality of firewater design for offshore platforms has a great impact on project investment and platform operation management.It is necessary to ensure that the performance of the fire pipe network and fire pumps can simultaneously meet the working requirements of various users in different working conditions.Therefore,correct and reasonable hydraulic analysis plays an important role in ensuring that the firewater system meets the design requirements and has the optimal economy and applicability.This paper employs the software PIPENET for the steady-state hydraulic calculation of the firewater system on a production and workover integrated platform in Chenghai.The results reveal that the design of the firewater loop,pipelines,and spray system can satisfy the demand of the designed flow rate and pressure.Additionally,the results can facilitate the accurate selection of protection measures such as the pressure control valve(PCV)and orifice plate and optimize and verify the selection,which lays a foundation for subsequent design.
