摘要
通过对长江泸州江阳段198个入河排污口实地调查,满足采样条件的入河排污口有88个,分析结果显示超标的排污口有86个,溯源发现部分老旧社区污水未完全进入管网;农村地区污水排放散乱,废水直排;部分中小企业及生产小作坊,废水乱排、直排、超标排;污水处理设施运行不稳,雨污混流等问题突出。结合《中华人民共和国长江保护法》和本区域入河排污口现状,为控制污染源及入河排污口的整治提出意见。
Through the field investigation of 198 sewage outlets in Jiangyang section of Luzhou,the Yangtze River,88 sewage outlets met the sampling conditions,and the analysis results showed that 86 sewage outlets exceed the standard.It was found that the sewage of some old communities did not completely enter the pipe network.The sewage discharge in rural areas was scattered and the wastewater was discharged directly.Some small and medium-sized enterprises and small production workshops had disorderly,direct and excessive wastewater discharge.Problems such as unstable operation of sewage treatment facilities and mixed flow of rain and sewage were prominent.Combined with the law of the people’s Republic of China on the protection of the Yangtze River and the current situation of sewage outlets into the river in this area,suggestions were put forward for the control of pollution sources and the regulation of sewage outlets into the river.
