摘要
为了让材料生产厂家或者科研单位进一步有针对性地了解、开发及优化抗沾污高温纳米陶瓷涂层,更全面地了解燃煤锅炉受热面所面临的结焦问题,结合锅炉运行特点和涂层特性,探讨了锅炉受热面用抗沾污涂层的耐热性、结合强度、耐磨性、抗热震性、导热系数、抗沾污和耐高温腐蚀等性能指标,提出了煤粉锅炉高温受热面用抗沾污涂层的发展方向.
In order to help the material manufacturers and research units to understand,develop and optimize the anti-contamination high tem-perature nano-ceramic coating with a clear target and to have a comprehensive understanding of the coking problem that the coal boilers are faced with,based on the characteristics of both boiler operation and coating,the performances of the anti-contaminant coating for the heating surface of boiler including heat resistance,adhesion strength,abrasion resistance,thermal shock resistance,thermal conductivity,anti-con-tamination and high temperature corrosion resistance were discussed,and the development trend of anti-contamination coating used in high tem-perature heating surface of pulverized coal boiler was prospected.
