摘要
一届党委任期内完成巡察全覆盖是高质量推进巡察工作的基本要求,巡察档案是反映巡察工作质效的重要载体。目前,高校巡察档案管理存在责任主体不明、管理制度缺失、分类标准不一等问题,要充分认识加强高校巡察档案规范管理的重要性,坚持档案收集全面、归档范围明确、分类整理科学、保管借阅安全的原则,完善高校巡察档案管理制度,建立巡察机构与档案部门协同机制,加强档案业务技能培训,开展巡察档案管理问题研究,不断提升巡察档案管理的制度化、专业化、规范化水平。
The completion of full coverage of inspection within one term of office of the party committee is the basic requirement for high-quality inspection work, and inspection archives are an important carrier to reflect the quality and effectiveness of inspection work. At present, there are some problems in the management of inspection archives in colleges and universities, such as unclear main body of responsibility, lack of management system, different classification standards and so on. It is necessary to fully understand the importance of strengthening the standardized management of inspection archives in colleges and universities, adhere to the principles of comprehensive collection, clear archiving scope, scientific classification and arrangement and safe keeping and borrowing, improve the management system of inspection archives in colleges and universities, establish a cooperative mechanism between inspection institutions and archives departments, strengthen the training of archival skills, carry out research on inspection archives management and constantly improve the level of institutionalization, specialization and standardization of inspection archives management.
