摘要
目的:探究气囊仿生助产仪联合拉玛泽减痛法在初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年11月于某院行自然分娩的初产妇100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规助产技术干预,试验组采用气囊仿生助产仪联合拉玛泽减痛法进行护理干预,比较两组初产妇产程时间和会阴Ⅰ、Ⅱ度裂伤率;心理评定量表(MSSNS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分;分娩结局及分娩满意度。结果:与对照组比较,试验组第一、二、三产程时间均更短,会阴Ⅱ度裂伤率、MSSNS评分、VAS评分更低,Apgar评分更高,宫缩无力例数、胎儿头位异常例数、新生儿窒息例数、产后出血量更少,满意度更高(P<0.05),会阴Ⅰ度裂伤率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:气囊仿生助产仪联合拉玛泽减痛法在初产妇自然分娩中取得了显著的应用效果,可明显帮助初产妇自然分娩,提高分娩结局和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of airbag bionic midwifery instrument combined with Lamaze pain reduction method in natural childbirth of primipara.Methods:A total of 100 primiparas who underwent natural childbirth in a hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was intervened by conventional midwifery technology,while the experimental group was intervened by airbag bionic midwifery instrument combined with Lamaze pain reduction method.The labor time,perineal laceration rate of Ⅰ and Ⅱ degrees,psychological rating scale(MSSNS) score,visual analogue scale(VAS) score;delivery outcomes and delivery satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the first,second and third stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter,the rate of second-degree perineal laceration,MSSNS score,VAS score were lower,and Apgar score was higher,the number of cases of uterine weakness,the number of cases of abnormal fetal head position,the number of cases of neonatal asphyxia,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were less,and the satisfaction was higher(P0.05).Conclusion:The airbag bionic midwifery instrument combined with the Lamaze pain reduction method has achieved significant application effects in the natural delivery of primipara,which can significantly help primipara to give birth naturally and improve delivery outcomes and nursing satisfaction.
