摘要
目的:对患者输血治疗前进行不规则抗体检验的临床价值进行探究。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月在某院接受输全血治疗的住院患者为本次研究对象,分别从输血前未接受不规则抗体检测、接受不规则抗体检测患者中随机各抽取50例并设为对照组和观察组,对两组患者输血后不良反应及观察组数据整理后归纳不规则抗体检验的临床价值。结果:在输血后不良反应发生率方面,观察组患者发生例数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对接受输血前不规则抗体检测的观察组患者数据进行记录,有6例检出不规则抗体,性别、妊娠史对于不规则抗体检出率并无影响(P>0.05),而之前是否接受输血对于不规则抗体检出率有直接影响(P<0.05);对接受输血前不规则抗体检测的观察组患者在不规则抗体筛查提示为阳性后分型进行整理,以抗-M所占比例最高。结论:输全血治疗前对患者进行不规则抗体检测对于整体的安全性及有效性有积极保障作用,应重视并于临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of irregular antibody test before blood transfusion therapy.Methods:The patients who received whole blood transfusion in a hospital from January 2018to January 2020were selected as the research subjects.Among the patients,50patients without irregular antibody test and 50patients with irregular antibody test were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,and the adverse reactions after blood transfusion in the two groups and the data in the observation were sorted out to summarize the clinical value of the irregular antibody test.Results:In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion,the number of cases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),while whether they had received blood transfusion before had a direct impact on the detection rate of irregular antibodies(P<0.05).The typing of patients in the observation group who received the irregular antibody test before blood transfusion were sorted out after the irregular antibody screening showed positive,and anti-M accounted for the highest proportion.Conclusion:Irregular antibody test of patients before whole blood transfusion treatment has a positive effect on the overall safety and effectiveness,and should be paid attention to and promoted in clinical practice.
