摘要
项目全生命周期管理是项目管理模式之一,其核心在于统筹项目策划决策、建设实施、生产运营等各个阶段,以实现项目全生命周期效益最大化。本文深入研究了近20个采用全生命周期管理模式的油气项目及其管理效果,分析了全生命周期管理模式在油气项目管理中的造用性及存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。
This paper makes an in-depth study of nearly 20 oil and gas projectsusing the full life cyele managerment model and their management efects,analyzes the applicability and ecxisting problems of the full life cyclemanagement model in the management of oil and gas projects, and putsforward relevant suggestions.
