摘要
为了获得低成本、性能优异的风电烧结钕铁硼产品,针对该类型产品在不同生产批次性能不稳定的问题,进行了无重稀土双合金工艺、多气路靶式制粉、细化晶粒、自动混粉系统、强制搅拌、连续烧结炉等先进工艺及设备研究。通过对全流程关键工艺参数进行优化与固化,在晶界相稳定形成具有高磁晶各向异性场的μ、δ、γ相,稳定生产出50H、52H等高性能产品,生产过程采用智能“一键操作”进行工艺参数实施与监控,大幅降低了生产成本,减少了人为因素对过程控制的干扰,大大提高了产品质量及一致性。
In order to obtain low-cost and excellent performance NdFeB products sintered by wind power,aiming at the problem of unstable performance of this type of products in different production batches,advanced processes and equipment such as non-heavy rare earth dual alloy process,multi-channel target pulverizing,grain refinement,automatic powder mixing system,forced stirring and continuous sintering furnace were studied.By optimizing and curing the key process parameters of the whole process,theμ,δ,andγphases with high magnetocrystalline anisotropy field are stably formed in the grain boundary phase,and high-performance products such as 50H and 52H are stably produced.The production process adopts the intelligent one-bond operation to implement and monitor the process parameters,which greatly reduces the production cost,reduces the interference of human factors on process control,and greatly improves the quality and consistency of products.
