摘要 近年来,国家与地方极为注重城市更新,陆续出台一系列政策支持对既有建筑进行改造,限制大拆大建。建筑改造符合绿色节能的要求,同时功能与空间的重新设计均和城市发展要求相符合。绿色低碳现已是全球各国的共识,为使得全球变暖不会给环境产生不利影响,可循环、保护环境、降低污染的绿色建筑被大力推广。在生态文明城市建设的大背景下,必须要充分利用绿色建筑理念,即可创造出符合新时代要求的绿色建筑。本文主要对相关概念进行介绍,并提出基于绿色建筑技术的空间改造设计策略,以期为绿色建筑的发展提供有效参考。 In recent years, the state and local governments attach great importance to urban renewal, and have successively issued a series of policies to support the renovation of existing buildings, and to restrict the large demolition and construction. The renovation of existing buildings meets the requirements of green and energy saving, and the redesign of functions and space is in line with the requirements of urban development. Green and low-carbon is now the consensus of all countries around the world. In order to make global warming will not have an adverse impact on the environment,green buildings that can recycle, protect the environment and reduce pollution have been vigorously promoted. In the context of ecological city construction and civilization, it is necessary to make full use of the concept of green building to create green buildings that meet the requirements of the new era. This paper mainly introduces the relevant concepts, and puts forward the space transformation design strategy based on green building technology, in order to provide an effective reference for the development of green building.
