摘要
以城市副中心剧院项目为例,从生产和成本两个方面对歌剧院等具有裙房和楼中楼特点的复杂结构形式建筑进行分析。探究类似工程水平和垂直运输设备选型布置思路和成本控制方法。总结期间所遇到的问题和经验,达到为具有相似特点的工程提供参考和借鉴、降本增效的目的。
Taking Beijing Sub-center Theater as an example,this paper analyzes the complex structure of opera house with the characteristics of podium house and building within building from two aspects of production and cost.Similar projects horizontal and vertical transport equipment selection and layout ideas and cost control methods were explored.The problems and experience encountered during the period were summarized,so as to provide reference for projects with similar characteristics and improve efficiency and reduce cost.
