摘要
BIM技术在我国建筑领域广泛应用,使用BIM技术的设计单位和施工单位不断增多,施工单位如何使用BIM技术协同设计单位优化设计成果,成为设计成果顺利转化为实体建筑的关键问题。城市副中心剧院项目以此为出发点,以BIM技术为基础,深度融合疏散模拟、仿真模拟、声学分析、视线分析、有理化控制等技术,在工程中对BIM技术协同设计进行了全专业的探索与实践,取得了良好的成效。
BIM Technology has been widely used in China's construction field.The number of design units and construction units using BIM technology is increasing.How to use BIM technology to cooperate with design units to optimize design results has become a key issue for the smooth transformation of design results into solid buildings.Taking this as the starting point and based on BIM technology,the urban Sub Center Theater Project deeply integrates evacuation simulation,analogue simulation,acoustic analysis,line of sight analysis,rational control and other technologies.It has carried out full professional exploration and practice of BIM technology collaborative design in the project,and achieved good results.
