摘要
由于某观演类吊挂结构下部存在大面积高低错落的看台,同时吊挂结构平面投影面积较大,本工程提出制作高凌空多功能滑移平台,在滑移平台上部进行吊挂结构高空拼装并滑移安装的施工方案。为确保滑移平台的承载力,通过对滑移平台进行多工况施工模拟计算及分析,验证滑移平台在吊挂结构拼装过程中应力和变形始终处于容许范围之内,验证滑移平台支撑体系在滑移平台滑移过程中应力和变形始终处于容许范围之内,可见滑移平台的设计满足施工要求。
As there is a large area of stands with staggered height at the lower part of an observation hanging structure,and the plane projection area of the hanging structure is large,a construction scheme of making a high flying multi-functional sliding platform and carrying out highaltitude assembly and sliding installation of the hanging structure at the upper part of the sliding platform is proposed in the project.In order to ensure the bearing capacity of the sliding platform,through the multi condition construction simulation calculation and analysis of the sliding platform,it is verified that the stress and deformation of the sliding platform are always within the allowable range during the assembly of the suspension structure,and that the stress and deformation of the sliding platform support system are always within the allowable range during the sliding process of the sliding platform.It can be seen that the design of sliding platform meets the construction requirements.
