基于TMS320的在线管道泄漏检测系统设计

摘要 管道泄漏检测是保证能源输送安全的重要环节,油气管道泄漏时,常常因为漏报和定位误差等原因造成事故,对此,设计了一个在线检测系统,系统以数字信号处理器为核心,采用次声波传感器监测管道泄漏情况,将变分模态分解和小波变换结合的方法应用在信号去噪方面,在减少了背景噪声和干扰噪声的同时,又可以有效地提取出信号的拐点,将管道首末端信号拐点的时间差代入定位公式就可以估计出泄漏点的位置。经2800 m环形管道测试,结果表明,提出的管道泄漏在线检测系统,可成功识别并定位管道发生的泄漏,泄漏点估计值的误差分别为16.25、12.75、8.75 m,定位误差均小于20 m,精度较高,可达0.58%。 Pipeline leak detection is an important link to ensure the safety of energy transmission.When oil and gas pipelines leak,accidents are often caused by missed reports and positioning errors.In response to this,this paper designs an online detection system.The system is based on a digital signal processor(DSP).The infrasound sensor monitors the leakage of the pipeline,and the method of combining variational mode decomposition(VMD)and wavelet transform is applied to the signal denoising,which can effectively extract the inflection point of the signal while reducing the background noise and interference noise.The time difference of the inflection point of the end signal is brought into the positioning formula to estimate the location of the leak point.After a 2800 m annular pipeline test,the results show that the pipeline leakage online detection system proposed in this paper can successfully identify and locate the leakage in the pipeline.The errors of the leak point estimates are 16.25,12.75 and 8.75 m,respectively,and the positioning errors are all less than 20 m.The accuracy is high,up to 0.58%.
