摘要
利用扫描电镜观察了一种低铼镍基单晶高温合金在1000℃和1100℃长期时效处理不同时间后的组织演化情况。结果表明:在1000℃长期时效处理过程中,随着时效时间延长,γ′相逐渐长大,1000 h后大部分γ′相仍保持一定立方度,γ′相边长达到1μm左右;枝晶内应力的存在导致枝晶干不同区域γ′相呈现不同的形貌;1100℃长期时效100 h后,γ′相逐渐合并、连接,500 h后γ′相完全形筏,随时效时间延长,γ/γ′界面位错网间距逐渐减小,筏形组织逐渐粗化;1000℃长期时效1000 h和1100℃长期时效500 h后仅有少量μ相析出,该合金具有良好的组织稳定性。
The microstructural evolution of nickel base single crystal superalloy with low rhenium after long term aging at 1000℃and 1100℃for different times was observed by SEM.The results showed that during long term aging at 1000℃,with the aging time increasing,γ′phase particles grew up gradually.After long term aging for 1000 h,most ofγ′phase still kept cubic,and the size ofγ′particles reached about 1μm.The existence of internal stress in dendrites led to different morphologies of theγ′phase at different regions in dendrites.After long term aging at 1100℃for 100 h,theγ′phase gradually linked and merged,and theγ′phase rafted completely after long term aging for 500 h.With the increase of aging time,the spacing of dislocation networks atγ/γ′interface decreased and the rafting structure coarsened gradually.After long term aging at 1000℃for 1000 h and 1100℃for 500 h,only a small amount ofμphase precipitated,and the alloy had good microstructural stability.
