摘要
各种教育流派在观点与主张上难免存在对立与矛盾,这就需要教师拥有“中和”教育思想,兼听则明。“中和”思想既是儒家学说的经典思想,也是马克思主义辩证方法论的中国化主张,更是教育的艺术性的体现。中和教育思想能使教育者的心灵更加开放,“执其两端,允执厥中”。中和教育有三个典型特征:一是合乎情,中和教育需要教师怀有美好之情、自觉反思之情、生命意义之情,其情应“发而皆中节”;二是合乎理,中和教育倡导教育者的言行合乎价值理性,注重对教育终极目标“真善美”的追寻;三是合乎法,中和教育倡导教育必须顺乎儿童之法、教育之法、自由之法,基于儿童视角,立足儿童本位,站稳儿童立场。中和教育实现的关键在于帮助教师成为一名“明智”的教育者。“明智”的教师拥有以善致善的方法,引导学生通往幸福之路;拥有生成的智慧和能力,以“非对象性”的眼光进入学生的当下与未来可能的生活;能切己体察,反思自身教育实践的合情性、合理性、合法性,生成教育机智,并在教育实践中不断实现自我的精神超越。
In recent years,the issues of opposition and contradiction between various educational schools and thoughts call for“Balanced Harmony”educational thoughts,which are not only the representations of traditional Chinese Confucianism,the Chinese-style proposition of Marxist dialectical methodology,but also are the manifestation of educational artistry.Balanced Harmony educational thoughts will keep the pedagogical scholars open minded,hold fast the Golden Mean rather than stubbornly insist the narrow view.There are three typical characteristics of Balanced Harmony educational thoughts:First,in terms of emotion,teachers should have emotion of inner beauty,reflective thinking and life meaning,and the emotion should be expressed in words and deeds in accordance with the rites;Secondly,in terms of reason,the value rationality should be advocated,and the goals of truth,goodness and beauty should be pursued;Thirdly,in terms of the rules,which means the rules of children development,educational methods and liberty should be advocated in order to realize each child s liberty and dream.To achieve Balanced Harmony education,the key lies in the wisdom of educators.A wise educator should guide students to the way to happiness,touch the hearts of the students from the perspective of“non-objectivity”,and have reflective thinking in educational practice,form practical wisdom and realize the spiritual transcendence in the process of practicing Balanced Harmony education.
