超大容积地下事故应急池设计思路

摘要 目前,国内常规事故应急池最大容积约1万m^(3)~2万m^(3)。随着环保要求的日益严格,对应急池的容积要求也越来越高。为适应环保政策对超大容积地下事故应急池建设需要,本文从有效容积确定、安全防火间距检查、抗浮水位确定、抗浮设计方案比选、防水防渗措施及温度应力等方面论述了超大型事故应急池设计关键技术问题及解决方案,并以日照港岚山港区中作业区10万m^(3)事故应急池工程为依托,提出工程设计方案及设计思路,为今后类似工程建设提供一定的参考。 At present,the maximum volume of domestic conventional accident emergency pools is about 10000 m^(3) to 20000 m^(3).With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,the volume requirements for emergency pools are also getting higher and higher.In order to meet the needs of environmental protection policies for the construction of super-large underground accident emergency pools,this paper discusses the determination of effective volume,inspection of safe fire separation distance,determination of anti-floating water level,comparison and selection of anti-floating design schemes,waterproof and anti-seepage measures,temperature stress.Based on the 100000 m^(3) accident emergency pool project in the middle operation area of Rizhao Lanshan Port,the project design proposal are proposed which will be a reference to similar project.
