摘要
农村经济"三变"改造以资源变资产、资金变股金、农户变股民"为核心,"三变"的模式,为乡村集体经济建设增添了活力,为乡村振兴服务打下坚实的物质基础。阐述甘南州"三变"改革总体情况,归纳采取的工作措施,总结取得的成效,分析"三变"改革中存在的资金、平台机制等方面值得关注的问题,并针对这些问题提出建议。
The model of ’three changes’ in rural economy takes resources into assets, capital into capital,and farmers into shareholders ’The three changes’ model has added vitality to the construction of rural collective economy and laid a solid material foundation for rural revitalization services. This paper expounds the overall situation of the ’three changes’ reform in Gannan Prefecture, summarizes the working measures taken, summarizes the achievements, analyzes the problems worthy of attention in the capital and platform mechanism existing in the ’three changes’ reform, and puts forward suggestions for these problems.
