摘要
目的:分析下肢创伤患者实行徒手淋巴水肿引流技术联合“五联”预康复策略对水肿程度的影响。方法:选取海丰县彭湃纪念医院2021年1月—2022年4月收治的100例骨科住院下肢创伤患者进行研究,按照随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组采取徒手淋巴水肿引流技术干预,观察组基于对照组联合“五联”预康复策略,比对两组骨科下肢创伤术后各阶段水肿程度、骨科下肢创伤术后各阶段患侧下肢周径、治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果:观察组术后1天、2天、4天、7天、2周、3周、4周水肿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组术后2天、4天、7天、2周、3周、4周患侧下肢周径更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各生活质量维度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢创伤患者实行徒手淋巴水肿引流技术联合“五联”预康复策略,能够有效缓解患者水肿症状,缩短患侧下肢周径,提升患者生活质量,实践价值较高。
Objective: To analyze the effect of freehand lymphoedema drainage combined with “five-link” on the edema. Methods : Select haifeng county Pengpai memorial hospital in January 2021 to April 2022,100 orthopedic hospitalized lower limb trauma patients, according to the random sampling method is divided into control group and 50 cases, control group take freehand lymphoedema drainage technology intervention, observation group based on the control group combined “five”pre-rehabilitation strategy, comparing two groups of orthopedic lower limb trauma postoperative edema, orthopedic lower limb trauma after each stage peripheral diameter, treatment effect and quality of life score. Results: The rates of edema at 1d, 2d, 4d, 7d, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks were lower ( P <0.05), 2d, 4d, 7d, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, shorter ( P <0.05) ( P <0.05) in the observation group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Freehand lymphedema drainage technology combined with “five-link” pre- rehabilitation strategy can effectively relieve the edema symptoms, shorten the peripheral diameter of lower limbs and improve the quality of life of patients, with high practical value.
