摘要
农民进城买房是新型城镇化背景下一种独特的经济现象,并呈现出突飞猛涨的发展态势。西北地区是巩固脱贫攻坚成果的主战场和全面推进乡村振兴战略的主阵地,随着农村劳动力向城市流动数量持续增加,城乡关系发生巨大变化,研究农民进城买房行为能够揭示西北地区社会发展的基本规律。本研究尝试建构“三力理论模型”,基于Logit-ISM模型对相关影响因素进行实证分析,深入阐释西北地区农民进城买房行为的影响因素及相关因素间的层次结构。研究发现:能力、推力和拉力三个层面均有多种因素推动西北地区农民进城买房行为的发生,其中,经济收入水平、家庭适婚且未婚男性人口、家庭就业结构中非农人口比例、面子心理和土地规划政策等与农民进城买房行为显著正相关,而房龄和家庭在读人口数量却对进城购房行为有显著负向影响。
Farmers buying houses in cities is a unique economic phenomenon under the background of new urbanization,Which,at the same time,shows a rapid development trend.Northwest China is the main battlefield for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and the main front for the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.With the continuous increase in the number of rural labor forces flowing to cities,the relationship between urban and rural areas has undergone tremendous changes.Studying the process of farmers'house purchase behavior can reveal the basic law of social development in Northwest China.This study attempts to construct the"three forces theory model",empirically analyze the relevant influencing factors based on logit ISM model,and deeply explain the influencing factors of farmers'house purchase behavior in cities in Northwest China and the hierarchical structure among relevant factors.The study found that:the three levels of ability,thrust and pull have a variety of factors to promote the occurrence of farmers'house purchase behavior in Northwest China.Among them,the economic income level,the married and unmarried male population in the family,the proportion of non-agricultural population in the family employment structure,face psychology and land planning policies are significantly and positively correlated with farmers'house purchase behavior in cities,while the age of houses and the number of family students have a significant negative impact on the house purchase behavior in cities.
