摘要
俄乌冲突的爆发,给世界经济和国际贸易带来了负面冲击和不确定性。结合绍兴实际分析,表明俄乌冲突给绍兴一些外贸企业造成了货款损失和客户流失、利润空间变小、成本提升等具体冲击,特别是绍兴企业对俄、乌贸易损减明显。在结合梳理中俄、中乌贸易有关研究成果的基础上提出了主动帮助企业渡过难关、及时指导企业规避风险、积极引导企业拓展市场等相关对策建议。
The outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has brought negative effects and uncertainty on the global economy and the international trade.By analyzing Shaoxing reality,the present paper states that foreign enterprises in Shaoxing City have got such negative effects as the loss of payment for goods,customer churn,smaller profit margins,cost increase,etc.In particular,Shaoxing enterprises’ trade to Russia and Ukraine drops significantly.Based on the conclusion of the relative research findings of the China-Russia trade and the China-Ukraine trade,the paper puts forward the relative countermeasures against difficulties,risks and the diminishing market.
