摘要 混凝土梁纵筋劲性柱连接方式常见的有两种:连接套筒、连接板。考虑经济性、进度压力和质量要求,梁钢筋两端采用“连接套筒-连接板”的方式与钢骨柱连接,即一端采用连接套筒直接拧入,一端钢筋与连接钢板现场焊接,钢筋中间不设连接接头。施工图深化要点:连接套筒定位与结构图梁平法标注须一致,重点是纵筋数量、排数、保护层厚度须对应。连接板长度需满足安装现场要求和连接技术要求。各部件整合后,实现钢骨、钢筋安装过程无碰撞,实现钢结构与混凝土结构的技术融合。 There are two common ways to connect longitudinal reinforcement columns of concrete beams:connecting sleeve and connecting plate.Considering the requirements of economy,schedule pressure and quality,both ends of the steel bar of the beam are connected with the steel column in the way of"connecting bush-connecting plate",that is,one end is directly screwed into the connecting sleeve,the other end is welded with the connecting plate on site,and there is no connecting joint in themiddle of the steel bar.Key points of construction drawing deepening:the positioning of connecting sleeve shall be consistent with the beam levelmethod of the structure drawing,and the key points are the number,row number and thickNess of the protective layer shall be corresponding.The length of the connecting platemustmeet the requirements of the installation site and connection technology.After the integration of all components,no collision can be realized during the installation of steel bones and reinforcement,and the technical integration of steel structure and concrete structure can be realized.
