摘要
本文以法学期刊开放存取相关问题为研究对象,从法学期刊开放存取的背景、现状与优势,法学类开放知识库的发展进程,法学期刊开放存取的政策扶持与基金资助,法学期刊开放存取的法律保障方面,分别考察了美国和我国的法学期刊开放存取状况。我国应加强法学期刊网站内涵建设,重视法学类开放知识库建设,加强政府机构的政策扶持与基金资助,切实保障作者与读者的合法权益。
The paper research on the open access of law journals as the research object, examines the open access of legal journals in America and China from the aspects of the development background and current situation and advantage of the open access of legal journals, the development of open knowledge repositories of legal journals, the policy support and fund support of the open access of legal journals, and the legal guarantee of the open access of legal journals. We should strength the connotation construction of law periodical website;Pay attention to the construction of law institutional repositories;Strength the policy support and fund support of open knowledge repositories of legal journals;Protect effectively the legitimate rights and interests of authors and readers.
