摘要 目的:改进食品安全突发事件应急演练效果,提升应急处置能力。方法:从国内外应急演练建模系统现状出发,分析了当前食品安全领域应急演练及应急演练动态建模方面的不足,利用物联网、云计算、虚拟现实、微服务架构等技术手段,构建云端食品安全应急演练建模引擎系统。结果:阐述了动态建模引擎系统设计的主要分层框架及业务流程,并对系统设计方案的后续研究进行了探讨与总结。结论:本研究有助于实现食品安全事件应急演练从虚拟到真实、从孤立到联动的动态应急演练。 Objective To improve the effect of emergency drill for food safety emergencies and enhance the ability of emergency disposal.Method Starting with the current situation of emergency drill modeling system at home and abroad,we analyzed the shortcomings of emergency drill and dynamic modeling in the field of food safety,and constructed the cloud food safety emergency drill modeling engine system by using the technical means of Internet of Things,cloud computing,virtual reality,micro service architecture and so on.Result The main layered framework and business process of dynamic modeling engine system design are described,and the follow-up research of system design scheme was discussed and summarized.Conclusion The study is helpful to realize the dynamic emergency drill from virtual to real and from isolation to linkage.
