摘要
在“十四五”规划期间,中国城市规划处于由增量扩张向存量优化转变的重大历史时期,同时在国土空间规划改革的大背景下,城市更新将成为存量规划时期城市建设发展和国土资源用途管制的主阵地。文章结合山东省日照市贯彻新发展理念、加快建设精致城市和提升城市功能品质的多项措施,研究了城市更新在保护生态文明、用好存量空间、推进区域开发方面的发展策略。
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s urban planning is in a major historical period from incremental expansion to stock optimization.Under the background of land spatial planning reform,urban renewal will become the main position of urban construction and development and land and resources use control during the stock planning period.Combined with the new development concept of Rizhao in Shandong and a number of measures to accelerate the construction of exquisite city and improving the new function quality of Rizhao in Shandong,this paper studies the development strategy of urban renewal in protecting ecological civilization,making good use of stock space and promoting regional development.
