摘要
随着国民经济的增长和生活水平的提高,城市夜间旅游因其特性逐渐兴起,旅游休闲街区成为夜间旅游产品的重要组成部分。旅游休闲街区夜间旅游满意度成为其休闲街区和城市旅游成功的重要衡量标志之一。大唐不夜城是西安乃至全国最典型最成体系的大型夜间旅游休闲街区,具有典型性和代表性。采用Kano改进模型,基于游客调查问卷和分析,探究游客满意度影响要素根据其特点和属性分类,深入分析大唐不夜城夜间旅游产品的发展趋势及问题所在,结果表明:大唐不夜城夜间旅游产品总体满意度较高;游客群体以年轻人为主;卫生、噪音、服务态度等方面亟需改善;照明亮度和背景音乐等方面得到游客青睐。以期为丰富Kano模型在旅游休闲街区应用的同时,为大唐不夜城夜间旅游产品的开发和改进提供相应指导性建议。
With the growth of economy and the improvement of living standards,urban night tourism is gradually rising with its characteristics.Tourism leisure blocks become an important part of night tourism products.The satisfaction of night tourism in tourism leisure blocks has become an important indicator to measure the success of leisure blocks and urban tourism.As the most typical and systematic large-scale night tourism and tourism leisure block in Xi'an and even the whole country,Grand Tang Mall is typical and representative.Using the Kano improved model,based on the tourist questionnaire and analysis,this paper explores the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,deeply analyzes the development trend and problems of night tourism products in Grand Tang Mall according to its characteristics and attribute classification,and preliminarily draws four conclusions:the overall satisfaction of night tourism products in Grand Tang Mall is high;more needs to be done to improve hygienism and service and to reduce noise;Lighting brightness and background music are favored by tourists;The tourist group is younger.This paper aims to enrich the application of Kano Model in tourism and leisure blocks and provide corresponding guiding suggestions for the development and improvement of night tourism products in Grand Tang Mall.
