摘要
烟叶生产作为我国农业经济发展的重要组成部分,近年来,随着脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴的不断推进,加强烟叶技术推广工作尤为重要。介绍了漳平市烟技人员队伍现状,分析了烟技人员队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了加强烟技人员能力的6点角色转换建议,以期创新烟叶技术推广体系,加快烟草农业现代化进程。
Tobacco production is an important part of China’s agricultural economic development.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,it is particularly important to strengthen tobacco technology promotion.This paper introduces the current situation of the tobacco technician team in Zhangping City,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the tobacco technician team,and puts forward 6 suggestions for role transformation to strengthen the ability of tobacco technicians,in order to innovate the tobacco technology extension system and accelerate the modernization process of tobacco agriculture.
