摘要
发展型学生资助是“人的全面发展理论”在新时代高校资助工作中的具体实践,具有尊重学生主体性、资助方式多样性、参与部门广泛性的鲜明特征。发展型学生资助强调通过对经济困难学生的精准帮扶、实践拓展、道德浸润工作,充分发挥发展型学生资助在“受助”“自助”“助人”方面的功能。
Development-oriented student financial aid,characterized by the student subjectivity,multiple aid forms and manifold assistance from sectors,constitutes the specific practice of the“all-round development theory of mankind”in colleges and universities in the new era.Through the development-oriented student financial aid,great importance should be attached to targeted assistance,practical activities,and moral education on the part of the students with financial difficulties,thus giving full play to the functions of the financial assistance in terms of“receiving aid”,“self-assistance”and“assisting others”.
