摘要
随着我国慢性病负担的加重和人口老龄化的加速,社区医院在医疗卫生体系中的地位越来越重要,然而医保拒付现象时有发生。文章对北京市海淀区35家一级社区医院在2011—2021年期间医保拒付数据进行统计分析,总结了当前造成医保拒付的主要原因。
With the development of chronic diseases and the accelerated aging of the population in China,community hospitals are becoming more and more important in the health care system,yet health insurance denials occur occasionally.It analyzes the statistical data of 35 first-class community hospitals in Haidian District from 2011 to 2021,and summarizes the main causes of current health insurance denials.
