摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种病因未明的慢性、以炎性滑膜炎为主的自身免疫性疾病。目前学术界普遍认为RA导致的先天性免疫和获得性免疫的改变是该病发病的关键因素。间充质干细胞(MSCs)因其具有抗炎、免疫调节以及组织修复等特性,在RA的疾病应用中得到越来越多的关注。本文主要针对MSCs对RA的抗炎、免疫调节等作用和研究进展进行简要综述和探讨。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease mainly manifested as synovitis.Its pathogenesis is still unclear.However,it is widely believed that the changes in innate and acquired immunity caused by RA are the key factors in its pathogenesis.The application of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in RA has attracted more and more attention due to their properties of anti-inflammation,immunomodulation and tissue repair.This paper briefly reviewed and discussed the research progress of anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of MSCs on RA.
