摘要
功能化高分子材料是指材料稳定、力学性能优异、可耐高温等严苛条件的一类合成高分子材料。功能化高分子材料的表征是高分子研究中的一个重要领域,其中无机元素的含量是一个重要的表征指标,这些年来越来越被学者们所重视起来。本文对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法/质谱法(ICP/ICP-MS法)测定功能化高分子材料中无机元素现状进行了综述,具体对前处理方法、定量方法进行了详述。重点对ICP/ICP-MS在功能化高分子材料表征中的应用进行了详述。结合笔者在这方面的一些工作对ICP/ICP-MS法在功能化高分子材料表征中的应用进行了详述,分医用材料中重金属元素分析、食品接触材料中重金属元素分析、工程材料中元素杂质含量等的测试几个方面。
Functionalized polymer materials refer to a kind of synthetic polymer materials with stable materials,excellent mechanical properties,high temperature resistance and other stringent conditions. Characterization of functionalized polymer materials is an important area in polymer research,where the content of inorganic elements is an important representational indicator that has been increasingly valued by scholars over the years.This paper reviews the current status of the determination of inorganic elements in functionalized polymer materials by ICP/ICP-MS,and describes the pretreatment and quantitative methods in detail. Emphasis is placed on the application of ICP/ICP-MS in the characterization of functionalized polymer materials. The application of ICP/ICP-MS method in functional polymer material characterization,including the analysis of heavy metal elements in medical materials,the analysis of heavy metal elements in food contact materials,and the test of element impurity content in engineering materials,is described in detail.
