摘要
习近平生态文明思想是为解决日益严重的生态环境问题产生的,不仅有鲜明的时代气息,而且有突出的实践特质。系统理解习近平生态文明思想实践新视野,对于建设美丽中国、实现中华民族永续发展、满足世界人民的生态福祉具有重要的现实意义和引领价值。把握习近平生态文明思想蕴含的实践新视野,要从绿色发展、生态文明体系、生态家园、绿色共同体四个维度加以深入探析:从绿色发展之维看,要着力探索社会主义生态文明建设的新道路;从生态文明体系之维看,须构建以生态经济、生态文化、生态法治、生态安全、责任目标为核心的五大体系;从开拓生态家园之维看,要凝聚党.制度、政府、社会组织、广大人民的合力推进生态治理与环境保护;从构建绿色共同体之维看,要从世界视角出发,兼顾国际与国内,解决人类共同面临的生态难题。
Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization was produced to solve the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems, and not only has a distinct atmosphere of the times, but also has outstanding practical characteristics. To grasp the new practical vision contained in Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, we must conduct in-depth analysis from the four dimensions of green development, ecological civilization system, ecological homeland, and green community. From the perspective of the dimension of green development, we should strive to explore a new path for the construction of socialist ecological civilization;from the perspective of the maintenance of the ecological civilization system, we should build five major systems with ecological economy, ecological culture, ecological rule of law, ecological security, and responsibility goals as the core;from the perspective of the maintenance of opening up the ecological homeland, we should unite the party, the system, the government, social organizations, and the broad masses of the people to jointly promote ecological governance and environmental protection;from the perspective of building a green community, we must start from the perspective of the world, take into account international and domestic, and solve the ecological problems commonly faced by mankind. Systematically understanding the new practical vision of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization has important practical significance and leading value for building a beautiful China, realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, and satisfying the ecological well-being of the people of the world.
