摘要
传动箱可靠性试验过程中,出现传动箱输入转矩增加、振动超标、异响、轴承座温度高等现象。文章分析发现,轴承跑圈是导致问题的关键,经多种方案处理验证,结果表明:高速轴轴承跑圈故障,采用常规修复技术无法满足长周期、高强度的试验要求,应在设计源头选用合适的公差配合、机械结构,以及合适的润滑方式。
Increases in the input torque,excessive vibration,abnormal noise,and high temperature of the bearing seat occur during reliability tests of transmission boxes.Analysis indicates that bearing slipping is the root cause of this problem.Various solutions are applied and verified,and the results show that conventional repair technologies cannot meet the requirements of long-period and high-intensity tests when they are applied to correct the bearing slipping failure that occurs on a high-speed shaft.Instead,appropriate tolerance fit,mechanical structures,and lubricating methods should be selected at the beginning of the design process.
