Under the environment of stable development of modern social economy,the construction industry has developed rapidly.Therefore,under the increasing trend of construction projects,the quality of engineering construction has become the focus of public attention.In the process of continuous development of construction technology,people put forward higher requirements for construction projects.As the key content of the project,the importance of construction project management and construction quality control is becoming more and more prominent.They not only have a crucial impact on the current construction project,but also relate to the long-term development of the construction industry.This paper discusses the effective strategies of construction engineering management and construction quality control,aiming to provide theoretical reference for construction enterprises and managers.
