摘要
保证麻醉安全是开展手术方案的重要前提之一,而全麻下麻醉深度监测现已成为现代麻醉学发展的重要过程。目前,临床常用的麻醉深度监测指标包括脑电双频指数、听觉诱发电位指数、Narcotrend指数、脑状态指数及熵指数等,以上指标对围术期麻醉并发症的预防具有积极作用,可为麻醉方案提供科学的参考信息,有助于麻醉质量的提升。现本文对麻醉深度监测指标在围术期麻醉中的应用研究作一综述,以供临床参考。
Ensuring the safety of anesthesia is one of the important prerequisites for carrying out surgical programs,and the depth monitoring of anesthesia under general anesthesia has now become an important process in the development of modern anesthesiology.At present,the commonly used clinical monitoring indicators for the depth of anesthesia include EEG bispectral index,auditory evoked potential index,Narcotrend index,cerebral state index and entropy index.The above indicators have a positive effect on the prevention of perioperative anesthesia complications,which can provide scientific reference information for anesthesia schemes and help to improve the quality of anesthesia.This article reviews the application of anesthesia depth monitoring indicators in perioperative anesthesia for clinical reference.
