摘要
污水管道由于长时间浸泡在含有各种杂质的污水中,很容易受到各类因素影响所导致的腐蚀问题,进而出现漏点或者裂缝问题,不仅会影响到污水排放效率,更会对环境造成污染影响。本文将首先分析污水管道腐蚀机理,之后以此为出发点讨论了可以采取的积极防护措施。根据我国目前对于污水管道腐蚀防护研究工作及相关成果,认为通过使用涂层技术、电化学防护技术、使用非金属管道施工材料以及添加抑制腐蚀试剂等防护措施将有着突出的效果。
Because the sewage pipeline is immersed in the sewage containing various impurities for a long time,it is vulnerable to the corrosion problems caused by various factors,and then there are leakage points or cracks,which will not only affect the sewage discharge efficiency,but also pollute the environment.This paper will first analyze the corrosion mechanism of sewage pipeline,and then take this as the starting point to discuss the positive protective measures that can be taken.According to the current research work and relevant achievements on corrosion protection of sewage pipeline in China,it is considered that protective measures such as coating technology,electrochemical protection technology,use of non-metallic pipeline construction materials and addition of corrosion inhibitor will have outstanding effects.
