This paper mainly analyzes the principle,characteristics and classification of gas chromatography technology,discusses the significance of its application in food safety testing,and summarizes the practical application of gas chromatography technology in food safety testing,aiming to improve the results of food safety testing accuracy,and effectively ensure food safety.
