摘要
目的旨在研究中国养老机构老年人衰弱的影响因素。方法检索知网数据库、万方数据、维普期刊、SinoMed、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of science,收集从建库至2021年10月发表的关于中国养老机构老年人衰弱影响因素研究的文献。用Revman 5.4软件分析。结果共纳入文献18篇,总样本量为7261例。Meta分析结果显示:年龄低0.59(0.58,0.61)、多病共存少0.77(0.76,0.79)、文化程度高0.47(0.45,0.48)、自评健康好0.59(0.58,0.61)、活动多0.40(0.38,0.41)是中国养老机构老年人衰弱的保护因素,抑郁2.36(1.54,3.62)、认知差2.14(1.04,4.41)、睡眠质量差1.87(1.10,3.16)、日常生活能力差1.36(0.94,1.97)、营养不良2.58(1.75,3.82)是养老机构老年人衰弱的危险因素。结论多病共存、抑郁、自评健康、年龄、活动、认知、文化程度、睡眠质量、日常生活能力、性别、用药种类、营养状况均为养老机构老年人衰弱的影响因素。
Objective To study the influencing factors of frailty among the elderly in China's pension institutions.Methods We searched the CNKI database,Wanfang Data,VIP journal,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science,and collected the literatures on the influencing factors of frailty of the elderly in China's pension institutions from the establishment of the database to October 2021.Revman 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 18 literatures were included,with a total sample size of 7261 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that:Lower age 0.59(0.58,0.61),less coexistence of multiple diseases 0.77(0.76,0.79),higher education 0.47(0.45,0.48),good self-rated health 0.59(0.58,0.61),more activity 0.40(0.38,0.41)were the protective factors for frailty of the elderly in China's pension institutions.Depression 2.36(1.54,3.62),poor cognition 2.14(1.04,4.41),poor sleep quality 1.87(1.10,3.16),poor daily living ability 1.36(0.94,1.97),malnutrition 2.58(1.75,3.82)were the risk factors for frailty of the elderly in pension institutions.Conclusion Multi-disease coexistence,depression,self-assessment of health,age,activity,cognition,education level,sleep quality,daily living ability,journal,type of medication,nutritional status are the influencing factors of frailty among the elderly in China's pension institutions.
