体外冲击波对退行性膝关节炎关节功能、炎症指标和微循环血流灌注量的影响

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波对退行性膝关节炎关节功能、炎症指标和微循环血流灌注量的影响。方法:选择于医院治疗的退行性膝关节炎患者84例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各42例。对照组给予药物治疗;研究组在对照组基础上给予体外冲击波治疗。分析对比两组患者的炎性因子水平、微循环血流灌注量、关节功能、生活质量以及临床疗效。结果:研究组IL-18、sICAM-1、TNF-α、MBPU水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组WOMAC评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组LKSS、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:给予退行性膝关节炎患者体外冲击波治疗,可抑制患者炎症因子水平,改善患者膝关节功能及微循环血流灌注量,提升患者生活质量。
