摘要
抑郁是肿瘤患者高发的情绪障碍,近年来这种不良情绪被认为可降低肿瘤免疫细胞活化率,抑制免疫细胞分泌细胞因子,加剧机体炎症状态,阻断相关通路。抑郁通过扰乱肿瘤免疫微环境的动态稳定,促进肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸甚至基因突变,使得肿瘤发生侵袭、转移,对疾病进程及死亡率造成不良影响。肿瘤免疫微环境是一个精细而复杂的动态系统,目前关于抑郁影响其免疫机制的研究尚停留在相关免疫细胞及部分通路方面,但有关两者相互作用调控肿瘤发生发展的机制仍有待深入研究。
Depression is a mood disorder of high incidence in tumor patients,which,in recent years,is thought to reduce the activation rate of tumor immune cells,inhibit the secretion of cytokines by immune cells,aggravate the inflammatory state of the body,and block the relevant pathways.Depression disrupts the dynamic stability of tumor immune microenvironment,promotes immune escape of tumor cells and even gene mutation,which leads to tumor invasion and metastasis,and causes adverse effects on the disease progression and mortality.The tumor immune microenvironment is a delicate and complex dynamic system.At present,the research on the immune mechanism of depression is still focused on the related immune cells and some pathways,but the mechanism of the interaction between them to regulate the occurrence and development of tumor remains to be further studied.
