摘要
随着我国集装箱和胶合板工业的发展,为了节约木材和降低成本,加之阿必东(又名克隆木)原材料在大量采伐的情况下出现枯竭的迹象,导致出现集装箱用木底板原材料供需矛盾日益突出和价格上涨的局面。进入21世纪后,全球集装箱生产的规模已经翻两番,产量将达到500万TEU,为此合理利用国产木材资源取代进口木材来制造箱用木底板已成当务之急。根据前期的调研,采用新乡地区附近的杨木、柳木和榆木等国产单板作为试验用材,按照集装箱木地板工艺特点和性能指标的要求,与东南亚进口的克隆木单板采用不同组坯搭配工艺,保证其他性能参数和试验参数不变,以寻找最佳的工艺参数和组坯方案,使指标达到全克隆木单板材的制造工艺,并保证完全适用于集装长途运输和装载的要求。
With the development of China’s container and plywood industry,in order to save wood and reduce costs,the increasingly prominent supply and demand contradictions of raw materials for container wood flooring and rising in price are showing in view of the depletion of Apitong after mass deforestation.Since entering the 21st century,the output of global container production has quadrupled to 5 million TEU. The first priority was to replace imported timber with domestic timber when manufacturing container wooden flooring. According to the previous investigation,the domestic veneers such as poplar,willow,and elm near Xinxiang area were taken as the test materials. In order to define the best process parameters,the performance parameters and test parameters remained unchanged except the lay-up process,so that the indicators can meet the manufacturing process of board with full Apitong wood,and ensure that it is fully suitable for long-distance transportation and loading requirement of container.
