摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对失禁相关性皮炎的护理效果。方法选取2019年1月1日—2020年7月31日期间本院急诊抢救室收治、发生失禁相关性皮炎的患者68例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规护理、创面使用温水清洁后外涂湿润烧伤膏;观察组采用集束化护理干预。干预后,比较两组患者的治愈率和满意度。结果观察组治愈率为97.06%,比对照组(79.41%)高,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.100,P=0.024);观察组患者满意度得分为(98.06±2.30)分,比对照组(89.15±2.66)分高,两组差异具有统计学意义(t=14.658,P<0.001)。结论将集束化护理措施应用于护理失禁相关性皮炎,可提高疗效和满意度,值得临床借鉴。
ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of cluster nursing on incontinence related dermatitis in patients in emergency room.MethodsA total of 68 patients with incontinence related dermatitis who were admitted to the emergency room of our hospital from January 1,2019 to July 31,2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by using the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,the wound was cleaned with warm water and then coated with moisture exposed bum ointment(MEBO);the observation group adopted cluster nursing intervention.After the intervention,the cure rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe cure rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.41%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.100,P=0.024).The average score of patients'satisfaction in the observation group was(98.06±2.30),higher than that in the control group:(89.15±2.66),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=14.658,P<0.001).ConclusionThe appli⁃cation of cluster nursing in the treatment of incontinence related dermatitis in patients in emergency room can improve the curative effect and satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
