摘要
牛疱疹病毒1型感染引起的传染性疾病又被称为牛传染性鼻气管炎,会造成上呼吸道、结膜、生殖器官出现严重病变。同时该类病毒感染也是一种典型的免疫抑制性疾病,引起机体出现短暂性的免疫抑制。大量研究结果表明养殖场不明原因的流产与该种病毒在养殖场传播有很大联系。由于牛疱疹病毒1型感染引起的传染性疾病属于典型的呼吸系统疾病,一旦发生流行,病毒就能向着整个群体快速传播蔓延,同时还会伴随其他临床症状,带来的危害十分严重。防控该种疾病就需要从加强养殖管理角度入手,切断病原的传播渠道,保障养殖安全。该文探讨了牛疱疹病毒1型感染引发传染性疾病的流行特征、临床表现、病理特征和诊断方法,并提出了相应的防控方案。
The infectious disease caused by bovine herpes virus type 1 infection is also called bovine infectious rhinotracheitis,which can cause severe lesions in the upper respiratory tract,conjunctiva,and reproductive organs.At the same time,this type of virus is also a typical immunosuppressive disease,causing transient immunosuppression in the body.A large number of studies have shown that unexplained abortions in farms are closely related to the spread of the virus in farms.Since the infectious disease caused by bovine herpes virus type 1 infection is a typical respiratory disease,once an epidemic occurs,the virus can quickly spread to the entire population,and it will also be accompanied by other clinical symptoms,causing serious harm.To prevent and control this kind of disease,it is necessary to start from the perspective of strengthening aquaculture management,cut off the transmission channel of the pathogen,and ensure the safety of aquaculture.This study explored the epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestations,pathological characteristics and diagnostic methods of infectious diseases caused by bovine herpesvirus type 1 infection,and proposed corresponding prevention and control methods.
