摘要
目的:分析急性重症胰腺炎患者采取阶段性营养支持护理的作用与效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2021年4月在枝江市人民医院接受治疗的40例急性重症胰腺炎留置鼻空肠管患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规营养支持,观察组采取阶段性营养支持,比较两组患者、胃肠功能恢复时间、营养指标、并发症发生率、生活质量评分。结果:观察组排气时间、腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血红蛋白优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性营养支持护理有着显著干预效果,是能够提高患者营养水平,缩短患者恢复时间,且安全性高,有助于患者生活质量提高,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective:To analyze the function and effect of staged nutritional support nursing in patients with acute severepancreatitis.Methods:A total of 40 patients with acute severe pancreatitis with indwelling nasojejunal tube who were treated inZhijiang People’s Hospital from April 2017 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control groupand the observation group.The control group received routine nutritional support,and the observation group received stagednutritional support.The patient’s gastrointestinal function recovery time,nutritional indicators,complication rates,and quality oflife scores were compared in the two groups.Results:The time of exhaust,abdominal pain relief,and abdominal distension reliefin the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thetotal protein,serum albumin,serum prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were better than those in the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lowerthan that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was nosignificant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scoreof the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged nutritional support nursing has a significant intervention effect.It can improve the nutritional level of patients,shorten the recovery time of patients,and has high safety.It is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,and deservesproactive promotion.
