摘要
目的:研究口腔种植修复对牙列缺失患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年6月长沙市口腔医院收治的64例牙列缺失患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组给予义齿固定修复治疗,试验组给予口腔种植修复治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者咀嚼功能和美观度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组咀嚼功能和美观度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者口腔健康影响程度各指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组口腔健康影响程度各指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔种植修复可提高牙列缺失患者的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床深入研究。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of dental implant restoration in patients with missing dentition.Methods:Atotal of 64 patients with missing dentition who were admitted to Changsha Stomatological Hospital from September 2018 to June2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with32 cases in each group.The control group was given denture fixation restoration treatment,and the experimental group was givendental implant restoration treatment.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was nosignificant difference in the scores of masticatory function and aesthetics between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,thescores of masticatory function and aesthetics of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than thatin the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differencein the scores of each index of oral health impact between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of each index of oralhealth impact in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental implant restoration can improve the treatment effect ofpatients with missing dentition,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthyof further clinical research.
