摘要
胆汁反流性胃炎(bile reflux gastritis),又称碱性反流胃炎(alkaline reflux gastritis)。是多种原因引起的十二指肠胆汁液反流入胃内,导致的胃黏膜的一种慢性炎性反应,在消化系统疾病中比较常见。在中医学范畴,属脘腹痛、呕吐、痞满等。主要以上腹堵闷、隐痛不舒、打嗝、泛酸、恶心呕吐为主要临床表现。目前西医治疗以抑酸、保护胃黏膜、促进胃动力为主要治疗手段。中医以整体观念、辨证论治,结合中医的一些特色疗法进行治疗。在临床中取得较好的疗效。总结了近年来BRG在中西医研究中的进展。
Bile reflux gastritis,also known as alkaline reflux gastritis,was a type of alkaline bile reflux gastritis.It is a chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by the reverse flow of duodenal bile juice into the stomach for a variety of reasons,which is relatively common in digestive system diseases.In China’s medical category,it belongs to epigastric pain,vomiting,puffman and so on.The main clinical manifestations were upper abdominal blockage,dull pain and discomfort,hiccup,pantothenic acid,nausea and vomiting.At present,western medicine treatment is mainly to suppress acid,protect gastric mucosa and promote gastric motility.Traditional Chinese medicine adopts a holistic view,syndrome differentiation and settlement,combined with some traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies.It has achieved good grades in clinical practice.The authors reviewed the recent progress of BRG in TCM and Western medicine research.
