中医药调控微环境促进缺血性卒中后脑功能重塑的关键信号通路 被引量:1

摘要 缺血性卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)是严重威胁国民健康的高发病率、高致残率和高病死率的疾病。炎性微环境在CIS后脑功能重塑具有重要价值,尤其是小胶质细胞(microglia,MG)的活化,但其修复机制复杂,传统单一环节、单一靶点治疗很难解决这一问题。中药可经多途径、多靶点参与调控CIS后MG活化进而促进损伤组织修复与再生,主要涉及调控MG向M2型转化、靶向抑制神经炎症、促进血管生成等方面。基于此,探讨中医药调控微环境靶向干预MG促进脑功能重塑可能机制,以期寻找中医药靶向干预脑功能重塑的突破口。 Ischemic stroke(CIS)is a disease with high morbidity,high disability and high mortality,which seriously threatens the national health.Inflammatory microenvironment plays an important role in brain function remodeling after CIS,especially the activation of microglia,but its repair mechanism is complex.The traditional single-link and single-target therapy is not enough to fundamentally solve the problem.Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the activation of microglia(MG)after CIS and promote the repair and regeneration of injured tissue through multiple pathways and multi-targets,which are mainly involved in regulating the transformation of microglia to M2,targeting inhibition of nerve inflammation,promoting angiogenesis and so on.Based on this,this paper discussed the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating microenvironment targeted intervention microglia to promote the brain function remodeling,in order to search a breakthrough in the targeted intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in brain function remodeling.
