摘要
目的IKAP护理模式联合温针刮痧法对中风后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)患者康复的临床应用评价。方法选取我院抑郁汉密尔顿(HAMD)评分>8分,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)≥12分的缺血性PSD患者133例,随机分为对照组(68例)与观察组(65例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予IKAP护理模式联合温针刮痧法,比较两组患者护理前后的肢体功能评分及护理后依从性。结果护理前后两组患者NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MBI评分、FAM上肢、FAM下肢均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HAMD量表,血液流变学护理前后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IKAP护理模式联合温针刮痧法能够提高患者肢体功能、促进神经恢复、缺血后PSD状况,有效提高患者日常生活能力、生活质量水平及依从性,值得临床应用。
Objective Clinical evaluation of IKAP nursing mode combined with warm acupuncture and scraping for rehabilitation of post-stroke depression.Methods Our hospital Hamilton Depression(HAMD)score>8 points,the United States national institutes of health Stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of 12 points or depressed patients after ischemic stroke of 133 cases were randomly divided into control group(68)and observation group(65),the control group given routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of conventional nursing gives IKAP nursing mode combined temperature needle scrapping method,comparing two groups of patients limb function score before and after nursing and nursing after compliance.Results NIHSS score was lower than control group before and after nursing(P<0.05),MBI score,upper limb and lower limb of FAM were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),HAMD scale comparison between groups before and after hemorheology nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP nursing mode combined with warm acupuncture scraping method can improve the limb function of patients,promote nerve recovery,post-ischemic stroke depression,improve the ability of daily life,quality of life and compliance of patients worthy of clinical application.
