In the La Selle Biosphere Reserve,with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation(AECID)and the Autonomous Organism of National Parks of Spain(OAPN),the Ecosystem Restoration programme is being implemented in Haiti and with it,a successful reforestation and community inclusion project,in which people improve their living conditions while af the same fime protecling endemic species of pine and birds such as the Blackcapped Petrel(Perodroma hasilala).
