摘要
近年来,在社会经济稳步发展的背景下,我国房建工程行业呈现出较快的发展态势。值得注意的是,在房建项目的施工过程中,建筑企业如果想要保障施工质量和效益,就有必要加强施工现场的安全管理,同时合理科学地运用现代化施工安全技术。但就现状来看,部分工程项目的现场安全管理工作还存在明显漏洞。因此,本文在分析加强施工现场安全管理的意义之上,对施工现场安全管理工作存在的问题展开思考,并对行业现行施工现场安全管理的具体措施和施工安全技术进行解读,以期为同行提供参考。
In recent years, with the steady development of social economy, the housing construction industry in China has shown a rapid development trend. It is worth noting that in the construction process of housing construction projects, if the construction enterprises want to ensure the construction quality and efficiency,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of the construction site, and reasonably and scientifically use modern construction safety technology. However,in terms of the current situation, there are obvious loopholes in the field safety management of some projects. Therefore, based on the analysis of the significance of strengthening the safety management of the construction site, this paper thinks about the problems existing in the safety management of the construction site, and interprets the specific measures of the current safety management and construction safety technology of the industry, so as to provide reference for comprehensively improving the safety management and technical level of the construction site.
